repodaofi Terms of Use — Draft
Last updated: 4 September 2026 Status: Requires project-owner and legal review before production publication
1. Acceptance
By using repodaofi, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. Product description
repodaofi provides an interface for connecting a compatible self-custody wallet, proving control of a public address, viewing a limited participation record, and optionally submitting one on-chain Boost transaction.
repodaofi is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, identity authority, government service, or guarantor of future rewards.
3. Self-custody
You are responsible for your wallet, keys, device, backups, account security, transaction review, and fees. repodaofi does not hold or recover your private keys.
4. Wallet requests
Review each connection, signature, and transaction request. repodaofi will never legitimately ask for your seed phrase or private key.
The base verification signature moves no funds and should not grant token-spending approval.
5. Optional Boost
The Boost requires exactly 0.01 BOT, plus the network fee shown by your wallet. It is available once per wallet and becomes effective only after a successful receipt and complete verification.
The Boost is a product interaction, not an investment, deposit, loan, staking position, purchase of equity, purchase of a token, or claim on the treasury.
6. Points
repodaofi Points are non-transferable participation records. They are not money, cryptocurrency, securities, equity, debt, governance rights, revenue rights, profit rights, or claims on assets. They have no cash redemption value.
7. No token or airdrop promise
repodaofi has not promised a token or an airdrop. Points do not guarantee eligibility, allocation, conversion, value, timing, access, governance, or future utility. Do not use the service because you expect a financial return.
8. Transaction risks
Blockchain transactions may be public, delayed, replaced, dropped, or irreversible. Wallets, RPC providers, explorers, contracts, hosting providers, and internet services may fail or become unavailable.
9. Identity limitations
A verified wallet record proves only control of the wallet address at the time of verification. It does not prove legal identity, uniqueness, age, residence, reputation, creditworthiness, contribution quality, or ownership of external accounts.
10. No advice
repodaofi does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, identity, compliance, or security advice. You are responsible for deciding whether your use is lawful and appropriate.
11. Prohibited use
Do not use repodaofi to:
- violate law;
- interfere with the service;
- distribute malware;
- exploit vulnerabilities;
- impersonate the project;
- mislead users;
- submit another person's private credentials;
- evade sanctions or legal restrictions;
- manipulate or replay verification and transaction flows.
12. Third-party services
Wallets, network infrastructure, proof links, Vercel, and other providers are independent services with separate terms. repodaofi is not responsible for their operation or content.
13. Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or discontinue features. No continuous or error-free availability is guaranteed. Roadmap statements do not create a delivery obligation.
14. Disclaimer and limitation
The production version should include jurisdiction-appropriate warranty disclaimers and liability limitations reviewed by qualified counsel. Do not publish improvised legal limits without review.
15. Contact
Publish a contact email only after the project owner supplies and verifies a real address.
